Lol definitely keeps your attention better but as far as the lateral thrust vectors the price point is way too much...and it's not compatible with the viper so people would be stuck with the thrust vectors

So Will Owen, if you are monitoring, I have a minor issue. The first time I ordered a bunch of products from you, one of your customer service peeps screwed everything up on my order. I then spoke to you directly and things got resolved. You expressed your surprise about the screwup as you are known for world class customer service. All corrected and all good. Love your products. I recently ordered thrust vectors, with the lateral thruster package. Spent part of Canadian Thanksgiving day ( today) installing them but I was sent the dual motor installation guide instead of the single. The perfect storm was that my internet provider was out too so I couldn’t access your excellent online videos until several hours passed. Finally I watched your vid and put them on. Another minor issue which, from a customer service perspective, is not world class. Despite that the product looks good and I can’t wait to try it out. My only minor point is that I have two poor experiences from two purchases. Talk to your people about these irritating issues but you personally, keep up the good work. Love your stuff and looking forward to the lateral thrusters.
