Just got 2 SeaDog Docking lights, 300 lumens, Amp Draw .28@12V. Can these be safely connected to the Anchor/Running light switch. Switch is 3 way, off, anchor light only, and anchor/running lights on. Can I tap into the running light wires at the bow or should I run separate wires all the way back to the switch? Recommendations anyone.

You should have a stand alone fused circuit switch for it.
You should not be running docking while underway cause it can keep other boats from actually seeing your nav lights and can be blinding.
They can also hinder your night vision.
I have them but only turn on for a quick second when i am close to objects or passing an object

Thanks, good to know info
