It's Yamaha's owners and service manuals, so they are going to recommend Yamaha grease. For the mid-shaft housing, just use any quality marine grease. It's only a water seal.
For wheel bearings, if there is no grease recommendation on the trailer (a sticker somewhere), just use ordinary high-temp wheel bearing grease you'll find at the auto parts store.
