Yamaha SX 190 rough idle

Does anyone know how to correct a SX 190 with a rough idle. The boat is a 2019 model with 56 hours. It starts easy and appears to run ok at high throttle. But sitting at the dock the engine shakes while idling. If only I had access to the YDS vers 2.0 software. I could run the diagnostics. The SF parkplugs are less than 1 year old I pulled the fuel injectors and they were factory clean. We run only ethanol free gas. Any suggestions or ideas would be most appreciated
