I am a bit a newbee, I purchased radiator hose clamp in case i have to be towed but i can seem to figure out where/which hose i would have to clamp before being towed at faster that wake speed and info would be great?

Here is a pretty good video and explanation. Also, if you look at the static pic (attachment) you can clamp just forward of the Y clamp where the red and black hose join into 1 black hose or if you can reach back before the Y starts from the rear you can clamp there, you just don't want the water coming up and into the exhaust, the red hose is the flush hose.

Where to put the valves to me is a personal preference, in the engine compartment or under the clean out tray are both good choices, it comes down to what is best for you both on installation and use.

For valves to be useful for both flushing and emergencies they must be installed between the jet intake and the wye fitting (see picture, left/aft of wye). For valves or clamps to be useful for only emergencies they must installed/used between the jet intake and the tee fitting for the oil cooler which is about 3" forward of the wye.

Here is a link to the video in the thread that @Scottintexas provided about, this is a great description of the MR-1 cooling system,
. Starting at about the 3 minute mark there is an explanation of how the engine could flood while being towed or operating on a single engine.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of my valve installation and my boat is still in hibernation. Once I take my boat out of hibernation then I will try to get some pictures.

I watched the video etc read the reply's. Then went looking at my 2018 sx195. There are 2 hand service ports in the clean out tray, located on either side of the cleanout plug. I took a pic through one of the service hand holes and it's not a "Y" but a quad connector. (see pic 1) On one side you have the Red flush input and the other looks to be the normal water intake. Then it goes 2 places not 1, and no way I get a radiator hose clamp down there without taken all the screws out for the whole cover of the cleanout try. But if i trace these 2 into the engine compartment, one looks to go to the exhaust (pic 2) which i see in the engine compartment and can put the clamp there. But that still leaves the 2nd one which looks to go all the way to the turbo charger in the front of the motor. Do i need to clamp that line too? both lines? ie need 2 clamps ?. Again this is just for emergency tow not looking to put a valve in?

I would place a vice grip clamp closest to the back deck towards the clean out port that would prevent any water from backing up into the manifold.

Can you tell me if there’s directions to adjust the depth meter ? Mine keeps beeping for long periods of time and is set too high . I’ve tried holding both buttons at same time while depth is on screen and it’s not working.
