Silver is my vote!

My buddy has a '15 in white, and it is stunning. But for that money, I'm buyin an RS5. ;)

Silver. . . . . Definitely.

I like the silver but would buy the white one as I perceive it to be more rare. According to my local paper, silver is the top choice of men buying "mid life crisis cars" especially sports cars. I'm not saying you are buying a midlife crisis car, just supporting my prior statement. FYI, according to the same article men are more likely to buy a sports car and of the sports cars the Corvette is ranked first in the United States.

I bought a used vette a few months ago and still surf craigslist for them, just out of curiosity.. The best sales line I've seen so far which proved to be true and good advice after the fact, for me anyway, "Don't make the mistake of not getting the convertible?"

White for me. My wife doesn't like silver or grey vehicles, she says they blend into the road.

White!

I'd do a coin toss. Both of them are stunning. I'd go white if I had to pick.

Red

#firstworldproblems

Can you really go wrong either way??

My mid-life crisis car is red!

I like the white more. Has more contrast with the rest of the car so it has a more pop factor. Let's face it you drive these cars to get noticed and for the thrill so might as well get the one that grabs the most attention.

KBB says a whopping 50 percent of all new cars are silver, white or black. So if you are thinking about resale value, either will work.

As for Corvettes, they are red. (Same for Ferrari) In my book anyway. Except for the 1963 split window coupe. That has to be silver.

All the classic Mercedes are either silver or black (again, in my book)

There is a great story behind car colors and how they evolved over the years. We've all heard the anecdote about Henry Ford and his Model T:

“Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants so long as it is black”.

Did you know that any Model Ts that were repainted in a different color other than black would have their warranties voided ?

Good read:

Good luck choosing you lucky bastard.....and I mean that from the bottom of my heart!

First reaction was "silver" but then after moment of looking I think I like the way the white one "pops" more.

(I'm more of a "yellow" or "black" type when it comes to Corvettes though.)
