With wife accepting but not wanting...I made an offer on a "new 2012 leftover"! Waiting patiently to see if they accept my offer, but boat is not local. I won't be going higher, the boat is two years old even being new. Deal has to make sense.

For hopeful purpose, it is a Yacht Blue SX 240! Not getting my hopes up until it is in the barn!

That's awesome Mel!!! I'll be crossing fingers and toes for you.

That's a good woman you got yourself right there!........... Good luck on the offer, and if it doesn't work, like busses and SWA, there'll be another one along in 15 minutes......

Fingers crossed Mel!!!

She will certainly give me grief if it doesn't for I the barn, or I can't alter the barn easily to make it fit! Boat on trailer -24'3"...barn clearance door to door -24'3"

I'll bet you can move the bow stop up an inch or two.

Good problem to have?!..You could always slot the door..lol

Angle it a touch and it will be fine. You don't need much.

That's great news Mel!

I hope it all works out for you.

Hope you get it Mel so you can join us on Broken Bow in July.

Awesome man!
just remember, pics or it didn't happen

Looks like were $1k apart. To reduce it, I pay for the battery, fire ext., etc. Also no orientation ride But dealer sounds like good people and attempting to meet my offer. We will see...

That's too close to not make it work........ Pre-congrats Happy Dance is in order.....And dont forget the pics!!

[flag]

Glad to hear you're getting back on the water. The 1.8 folks are getting a great resource.

They will not walk away for $1K if the boat is over $20K. You can let the air out of the tires to fit the boat in the garage. Good luck and I always say that if something works out it was for a good reason. It is a buyer's market

I think Mel's deal is his length, well not HIS length, thats a subject for a different thread, but the length of the boat and trailer to fit in the old barn...... A slight angle if there is room should give him at least 3 extra inches, and who among us wouldn't go for that?
