Congrats on the new boat! Lets the modding begins :)

I say name it "Chester's Revenge" or "She's Knot Onboard"

I'm a little late to the party - Congrats Mel. I knew you wouldn't last too much longer Yamaha-less! :)

Congrats Mel. That's great news. I can't wait to read and see pics of your trip to pick her up. Keep us posted.

Jeff Spielmann, the GM of Dicks, tells me Yamaha has started pricing their extended YES differently, and will only extend now an additional 2 years beyond the 1 factory year and additional year they are throwing in until next Wednesday, for a total of 4 years maximum. Anyone heard of that? He also tells me that they charge more for it after the fact than at the close of the deal now, anybody have experience with that?

Hey Mel. . . Maybe this is only on 12's? I got the 3yr warranty from the dealer and bought 2 more for $300 to get to a total of 5.

Howdy Murf! Wife doesn't seem to want to go with the Dawg theme. May have to make a voyage or two and see what develops.
How about "DAWGONIT"?

I'm getting that Yamaha starter kit...it contains those 24" folding fenders. I won't use them. Anyone want to buy those?

I might be interested, PM me and let me know how much you want.

Congrats.

Thanks guys! I'm stoked! I am guessing I have not forgotten how to Captain one of these boats, but no fins, no plug locks, no scratches...I may be a tad nervous!:nailbiting:

Now, don't forget @Mel. When flying, keep the blue side up. When in your new boat, keep the blue side DOWN. ;) Hmm, maybe "Blue Horizon" might be a good name for your new ship.

Congrats Mel. Wow, this number of pages on this thread sure did increase fast. Where are the pics of the new boat?

I don't pick her up until Thursday Ronnie...haven't even seen her yet, she is under wraps and 275 miles from me! But you know I might post a pic or two!

Hmm... @Gym , you hit on something there! I am going to run "Blue Yonder" by the wife! Or perhaps "Wild Blue Yonder"...wasn't an air force puke, but I would have been affiliated with one of the service branches had I been born at a different time. As a civilian aviator, I still look upward and consider..."Off we go...into the wild blue yonder! That is for you @jaws!

Maybe "The Blue Yonder"...dunno, thinking about it! Fun isn't it?:winkingthumbsup"[flag]

@txav8r - what about "Still Nauti" or "Even Nautier"...?

@txav8r...Huge Congrats Mel! I'm really glad you're getting back into the game! I can't wait to see pics after you pick her up. :winkingthumbsup"

Congrats Mel! Glad to see you are back (as a boat owner that is).

Have fun with her!

Mike (aka mmpov - from the other site)
