I found a few places that can do them on UV resistant vinyl with rounded corners... 500 2x2 for $80, 600 3x3 for $290.

I used Stickermule due to my previous experience and quality of outdoor sticker. Those amounts sound about right for the sizes you list. Our logo stickers run between $1.25 to 1.75 depending on when and how many I ordered to receive a quantity discount.

I was just thinking the same thing, you are right. After you gave me the business cards today and I saw the qr code, the wheels just started spinning...
