I have heard of people having success that route. I tried to put a channellocks on them without much success, but all I had was the 10" wrench. Not quite enough leverage. I am fortunate to have a small machine shop at work so I am going to shave a little off with the band saw.Not good as in, you had to shave it? I just went out and measured the bracket. it appears to be just under 4". I'm thinking I could "tap" the ears out about 1/8" each to allow the new 4" roller
I love that even your dog matches the boat. Or did you buy the boat to match your dog? Either way, great photos. I never get tired of seeing these things.Took her out this weekend and finally got in for some water picsView attachment 20943 View attachment 20944 View attachment 20945
I used the Stoltz 4" Ultimate Roller and "bent" my ears out a little to give it the clearance neededNot good as in, you had to shave it? I just went out and measured the bracket. it appears to be just under 4". I'm thinking I could "tap" the ears out about 1/8" each to allow the new 4" roller

Great looking setup. Wheels look awesome. Once you see a setup with nice wheels on it, it's hard to go back to stock.
You're saying I need to tighten up the eye attached to the boat?...they loosen up?Now Be sure after several launches/retrievals that you snug your bow eye, they will settle in and loosen slightly.
