    damaged rear telescopic loading ladder

...and am careful not to overtighten the bolts, just hand tight and cinch it with a ratchet wrench. I’ve probably replaced four or five ladders over the last 20 years and always go straight to Windline. Great price, good service, quick shipping, absolutely no reason to buy from a reseller/middlemen.

    Rear boarding ladder - Yamaha

FYI - if your ladder if made by Windline it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. I’ve replaced two with Windline, one just cost me shipping the other Windline sold me for about half off of retail/yamaha sports plaza’s price. alternatively, I have one for sale from a 2017 ar 240. $100 plus...

You didn’t bed the base of the ladder in some sort of sealant?

    SugarSand Oasis ladder cover

I'm 90% sure SugarSand used Windline ladders like 90% of the boat MFG's out there. When you say cover, do you mean the plastic on the step? Or piece of hull that covers a ladder location?

Boarding ladder replacement - 4 step.

Reach out to Windline. They are the OEM of the stock ladders. If they do not have one in their catalog, they can custom make these. I had ordered one for our previous boat as they too made the original ladder. We got one with an extra step and it worked out great. They usually need exact...

    Rear boarding ladder - Yamaha

@Ronnie - Thanks for reaching out. I was actually thinking of sending you a DM, but you beat me to it. Does the ladder frame just screw into the hull, or does it have washers/nuts on the backside? BTW, it does appear to be a Windline, appreciate that info!

    Rear boarding ladder - Yamaha

...some on blaster or wd40 on them before trying to remove the bolts (it would suck to strip the fiberglass around the embedded nut). I told Windline that I bent two ladders by backing the trailer while it was down. Windline covered the first one and discounted the second one. in both cases the...

3D Printed Yamaha / Windline Ladder Bumper Plugs

Soon after buying my boat the end bumper plugs disappeared out of the ladder. I replaced them and somehow they disappeared again. I had a little extra time today and decided to 3D print replacements. I tweaked the quality and reprinted so I may swap these out. They fit well, are more...

Boarding ladder replacement - 4 step.

...boat. I figured if it comes down to it I might be able to use the existing slides and just swap out the actual ladder at the point where it mounts to the slides (if the measurements match.) I'd rather pay $75-$80 from Amazon. Windline site is $280 minimum and the 4 step is out of stock. Thanks!!

    Ladder Replacement

Most people who've had issues with their ladders have been able to contact the manufacturer and have gotten them replaced or spare parts easily. Windline is the manufacturer - here are the threads that reference them.

    Windline Ladder Steps Hurt!

Anybody figured out a good way to customize Windline swim ladder steps so they don’t hurt your bare feet? I have the standard sliding 3-step ladder, and the plastic step treads are torturous!

Boarding ladder replacement - 4 step.

After backing the boat and smashing the original ladder, this is exactly what we did. You need to drill the frame for the holes to line up to the boat's holes, but size wise, its a perfect fit. I even went as far as to cut the nipple off the old ladder, and weld it onto the bottom of the new one...

    damaged rear telescopic loading ladder

...know of. You can either order one from Yamaha through a place like Yamahasportsplaza.com OR you can buy one directly from the manufacturer, Windline (I assume that yours is from Windline as mine is). Windline ladders have a lifetime warranty but they would not treat this as a warranty...

    195 Ladder Problem

...your specific boat and ladder. But it might be possible to warranty the ladder directly with the ladder manufacture. My prior boat had a windline ladder (which had a lifetime warranty) and I was able to replace the ladder at no charge directly from them. So that might be a possible solution...

    Boat Stuff Swim ladder plugs

These are printed in flexible TPU and replace the plugs that often fall out of the Windline ladders used on Yamaha boats. The fit tightly in my SX230 ladder and I believe will work on most Yamaha models. They wrap around the ladder tubing creating a tight fit. The outer diameter of the portion...

Need to buy a new Transom Ladder

Currently, I have a Windline ladder on my 09 232 Limited that swings into the boat which makes it hard to climb for some. I would like to replace it with a new ladder. Any recommendations? I am not the original purchaser of the ladder, so I don't have a warranty. Besides, it looks like...
