Would you wait on 2019 model at this point

I use to sell boats. (Please don't hate me for it) Depending how long the dealer has had that boat is going to determine whether or not they will "deal" on it. They have to pay something called "Flooring" to the manufacturer in order to display the boat on their showroom floor. It's like the...

How much do you pay for boat insurance?

Wow @justason, that's a heck of a deal. Especially coming from state farm. In my experience, they are usually pretty expensive I'll give them a try. I've got quotes from skisafe, $650, and Boat US, $649.

I got a quote from Progressive for $700/yr. That seems a little high to me. Granted, I have full coverage 300/150/300. Does anyone have a preferred insurance company for their boat?

Yamaha, Sea Doo, or Scarab... Oh my

FWIW. I'd say stick to Yamaha if at all possible. I used to sell Sea Doo boats and pwc circa 2006 ish. The boats are not made to the quality standards that Yamahas are. The pwcs are fine. IMHO.
