‘18 242x port and starboard ballasts not filling

My son was making the pump jumper cables I will see him on fathers day and try to get him to use up the balance of the parts we have in stock to make up the last bunch of cables. We have a few members waiting for them they work great for trouble shooting and getting them to fill to the max and empty completely . The system has some good conceptual ideas but the actual real use does not work so great they should have been analog. The middle bag has a tendency to fill 1/3 on its own from gravity then every time its out of calibration, then run 3 pumps on one input line that cant keep up and again calibration is off
