2010 242 Ltd S. Starboard engine check engine/limp mode on startup. (note its done this 2weekend in a row and runs fine once cleared) first time this happened tried disconnecting battery to clear code, no effect. Discovered that after turning engine off and restarting 3 times on 3rd try HELLO on screen and runs for a few min then back into limp mode. Repeat process 3-4 times and then it is fine rest of day. Fully charged and good battery, cleaned connections well. Only thing I can think of is on the weekend before the issue started I noticed pisser for that motor was clogged. Possibly ran for up to an hour until I noticed it. No overheat alarms, Cleared mud dawber nest debris out of pisser and ran fine rest of day. Issue didnt present until following weekend. Research shows low voltage most common problem, other than at battery where else to check for loose/bad connections? One post mentioned a "switch", is there a connection behind the key I should check? Replace battery even though charger shows fully charged and cranks engines just fine? If it runs fine for entire day after cleariing code several times should I worry about harming the engine? Thanks for any ideas.

You really need to know the cel code is. Without it you are running in circles.

The clogged pisser isn't an issue. It was just not showing you coolant flow
