Im having trouble getting sound out of the stock radio, Both head units in the front and back work completely but i get 0 sound out of the speakers. Any ideas?

Is this a new problem or did the boat come like this? Any other electrical problems or just the speakers? You can try disconnecting them one at a time to isolate. Check to make sure you are not stuck in mute…

The boat came like this, this is the only electrical problem.

Not sure if this will help but maybe worth looking into. On the starboard side wall in the engine compartment should be a round removable cover. Take the screws out and remove the cover. Behind there are some wiring harnesses along with some extra aux plugs. Maybe see if anything came disconnected.

You mention that the head units are working perfectly. You checked that the speaker outputs are outputting? With a multimeter, I assume?

After that, take readings at one of the speakers....

I have a 2011 AR 240. The previous owner said the radio didn't work but he never looked into it. The radio was unplugged. The radio had issues but it would power up after reconnecting. Then I found two speakers weren't working. Same thing, they were disconnected as well. I upgraded the head unit only. All the speakers are still working. Double check all of your connections.
