2016 JetBoatPilot Perfect Pass Group Buy

I am in. Email sent. Thanks.

I should finish my bronco restoration this year and will def be on the list for next years mass buy.

Priorities of funds. I've spent 12k in the past 60 days in my bronco. The boat is on the back burner for now but this is something I want to do to it. Just not in the cards this winter...

Count me in!!! Will I have emailed you my info....

I'm in, email sent. I hope this allows my kids to want to ski and wakeboard more!!!

@JetBoatPilot looking back at the thread I get a count of 12. Is that where we are and we need 15 correct?

I think we are now at 14 if everyone stays in. We only need one more. Also I have been working on the mold for the 3D printed gauge housing. This housing will need to be used when buying a Perfect Pass System for a 2015-2016 Yamaha 240 or 242 model boat with the connext system.

Here are some of the early pictures of the mold making process. We will ultimately have them 3D printed from black polymer and will sell them on our website.

For those of you who are in the group buy and have the connext system you will need one of these housings in order to install the gauge. We will be fair with you on the price. Please bear with us as we perfect the shape.

@JetBoatPilot

I received an email to start the ordering process. It asks what color gauge and bezel I would want. Could you list which colors you would recommend for different boats. Mine like many is in storage.
I have a 2010 Red AR240
Thanks

I found a picture, Do you recommend people to match or to contrast?

@dan144k the most common combination by far is the chrome bezel and black face that should match your gauge cluster well.

How did I miss this? I literally purchased a RideSteady this afternoon, and they have already shipped it. I liked their features on their product over the PerfectPass. But would have loved to take advantage of the group buy.

Maybe it's not too late to ask for a refund if you return it.

I'm curious if anyone runs this on the AR192? I haven't had mine out on the water really since I bought it (last Oct) so I can't make a good assessment on if its a sound investment. Any input would be great!

Huh, never heard of ride steady before. Some of the features are cool but mainly on there as a selling point. Things I would use are the overshoot tuning and maybe the ride share feature. Everything else most of us have on the boat anyways like water temp, direction..... etc. I wonder if they have a 2 engine option?

@JetBoatPilot - I love the location and angle of the bezel for the 2015's and higher. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I had it on my 192 and it was the best investment I made for the boat. I used it for EVERY water sport (tubing, wake boarding, knee boarding, surfing) I too was skeptical if it was worth the price (its far from cheap). A few describe it as a marriage saver and I will agree. When we had the sx230, the wife and I had a couple of bad arguments of why we were going 20 one minute and 30 the next. Its a no brainer if YOU want to do any water sports and those that don't normally operate the boat much will be driving. But as the main operator of the boat, I found it great not playing throttle jockey the entire time pulling someone.

Now, someone owes me a few beers for pushing the number of those in the group buy to the magic number :)

How many stored profiles will this thing hold

Will the perfect pass gauge ever say "Yamaha" ?

Doubt it. I believe the units that are branded are brands that offer PP as an option in their boats and therefore have branding as a requirement and licensing to use the logos. Since Yamaha does not offer PP as an option, nor will they ever since they now have another system in their E-Series, I highly doubt you will ever see that.
