2020 AR190 anchor

Did I mention with my second anchor, after having to cut the line on the first one, that I pulled up a nice pair of sunglasses? Ha! Retail value $150.00.
 
Maybe it's because I don't have chain on the end of it?
That would certainly be my bet. The chain pulls the anchor down against the floor, which lets the anchor dig in and set. Otherwise you are just pulling up the whole rig with the anchor line with each bounce.

But I am still amazed you broke the first anchor...
 
I'm a few years late to this thread but thanks guys I've gotten some good tips and parts online thanks to you all! Just got a 2017 AR190 had less than 100 hours on it so pretty happy now.
