So I am coming from a 2013 240, i notice on the 2021s, there is only a drain plug in the front of the engine bay. Drain in ski locker has no screw in plug...is this a 2021 change or post 2013 change. I also notice the access hatch to gas tank no longer has latches but is screwed down with bolts?

funny my 232 had a bolted down hatch for the fuel tank then next model change they went to latches. now they are back to bolts again. i can guarantee that the bolted down hatch seals better but if you plan on keeping the boat awhile and your in salt then take the bolts out now 1 by 1, grease them and put them back in. youll be thanking me down the road when you have to get in there

Only 2 plugs on my 252S. One in engine bay and on the back keel. And...it's plastic.

Sounds like 2021 change - my 2020 has a plug in the locker, 2 plugs in engine bay, one at transom.

What do I grease them with?

Model is 275sd

grease the bolts with any marine grade grease. You can use antisieze as well

Could anyone with 25’ boats please post pics of the ski locker drain?

My 2021 212S has 4 drain plugs as well and all alike - plastic. Any idea on a replacement stainless or aluminum plug at least for the transom?

Sorry can't help with that, I'm happy with my plugs.

I don’t think so. My 2021 212s has a plug in the locker, 2 in engine bay and the transom plug.

I’ve seen some stuff in on here for the stainless plug. I’ve considered it, but have never had a problem with the plastic ones on any of our jet boats. Can’t see how somebody breaks one unless the force it.

So for clarification, I am talking about the 25ftrs. Seems so weird that they do not have a screw in plug in the ski locker. The 27ft has what looks like a stainless steel shower drain.

Its plastic in the 25 foot. Sorry mine is in storage. I will snap a pic and post assuming I remember
