I've called a couple of times. They apparently ran out of some parts. Each time I called I was told the parts "should be arriving today and we'll get your order shipped." It's been about 2 weeks now.
Not a big deal as the boating season is pretty much over here anyway, but I'd rather get a realistic answer.

Ended up getting mine in the mail on the 18th. They are installed and are a nice addition. Got to use them once before it is now in winter mode. WI SUCKS
