After monitoring the forums, the FB groups, etc. for a year or more looking for a solution to my 2011 242 tach LCDs burn out, totally unreadable, I found gaugesaver.com. After some emails back and forth to confirm they have done work on these tachs, I sent them in. It took about a month to get them back, and around $400, but thats a lot cheaper than new tachs... which are not longer an option. The tachs look like new. So far so good. So if you're in the same boat as me (heh), here's a shout out to the crew at guagesaver.com.
