I am curious if you guys with issues could simply swap out your HTX6 DSP for a regular HTX6 and have everything working perfect. I really believe its the software on it.

HTX takes high level, they can just splice on RCA tops.
 
I just noticed the same as well. I got mine back in October, but I only used it a few times and I'm sure the sub has never worked. Calling my dealer today to see what they say.
The dealership sent the amp back into Yamaha to be "reprogrammed." Hoping to have it back next week and see if that fixes it.

Finally got the amp back and installed. It works, and the sound is like getting a new system. They also mentioned the wrong fuse was installed. Something about needing a 40 watt fuse that was never installed in the first place.
