When adding a 36V trolling motor, are most people adding three additional batteries dedicated to trolling or just two and tying in with the house battery to achieve the 36 volts? Buying a single 36V battery seems like the ideal choice here but I am not ready to spend that much on a battery at this point.

I run 3 trolling motor batteries in the center console, 2 house batteries for the upgraded stereo and a starter battery.
