Another grill question

Got everything assembled and I even used the grill last night (on the tailgate of my truck) worked great. here is what I purchased

1. Grill
https://www.westmarine.com/buy/magm...ourmet-series-gas-grill--15972557?recordNum=3
2. Mount
https://www.westmarine.com/buy/magm...ocking-rod-holder-mount--9590415?recordNum=29
3. Extra table leg
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B89SIVU

As other have said the mount doesn't fit into the table let, too loose. So to fix the issue, insert something into the table leg that decreases the diameter of the hole. I used 2" hose (looks like hose that would connect a pool filter to a pump

Here is it inserted into the leg

To secure the pipe/hose in the leg you can tape the hose to make it as snug as you want. I used silicone to fill in the gaps where the leg meets the hose, but I am thinking that will break with much use. Right now the hose is just sitting in the leg.

Here is the mount mounted to the grill. The grill comes with the screws to mount the grill, nothing additional needed.

As soon as I get the grill on the boat I'll take a pic. As I said, I used the grill last night on the back of my truck and it worked very well, it will take some time to get used to, but I grilled pork tenderloin and a chicken ka bob, both came out perfect.

The legs that come with the grill stayed very cool so no worries about burning the surface you place the grill on while grilling.
