Anyone add a second leg mount on AR240 for grill?

@jameskeller76
If you are planning on buying a Magma grill, consider getting the carrying case. It's big enough to hold all of your grilling stuff, including extra propane canisters and the table leg. A nice thing about it is that if there's any grease that leaks out of your grill during storage, the bag contains it. I just lay down some paper towels in the bottom to soak it up.

To mount the grill to the table leg, I use the MAGMA Power Grip LeveLock Double Locking Rod Holder Mount. I like that it's compact and stays attached to the bottom of the grill when in storage. Just fold it flat and drop the grill into the storage case. The good thing about this grill mount is that it is fully adjustable (rotate and tilt) and it's easy to lock into place with one hand, and your grill won't move at all. You'll need to silicone a 5" length of two inch ABS drain pipe into the inside of the table leg so that the pow'r grip grabs the leg better. Don't just get the standard rod holder magma mount as I think those do not lock and may swivel on you in wavy conditions.

Yep! My Current Cart:

Yes, please let us know. Looking closely it doesn't appear to have the notch that locks it in place. And they are out of stock.
Will do, they were out of stock when I ordered it a month ago at $125, but I got a notification email Monday it shipped and they hit my credit card.
If the notch is missing I'll grind out my own...

I received my table leg from that same place and it worked without issue...however they changed the table leg mount at some point so we have different mounts. Thats a pretty big discount if you ask me!

My buddy @ar240owner came up witg the idea about drilling a hole into the table and mounting the flush mount there as opposed to drilling into the boat. That way you have a table for a prepping area as well as cup holders for your beer. I don't have the boat yet but I'm hoping it's going to work. I don't want to be barbecuing upfront when everything's going on in the back.

I paid $125 at MyGreenOutdoors.com, but price looks to have dropped to $106.
Full disclosure I've not received it to be sure it fits...
Sorry everyone this is the WRONG leg for late model boats. It looked right in the online pic, but it's the small 1.5 inch diameter tube with the rounded bottom bracket. Was Too good to be true...
