So I am installing LED light rings on my new stainless steel cup holders and I'm afraid that it might be a little bright. I looked online for some 12v dimmers and there are a number with mixed reviews. Anyone here have an opinion on a good one?

Thanks!

I am running it through a contoller but it still seems quite bright - I will like the bright when I am flashing the red and blue in a strobe pattern, but sometimes I think I need to be more subtle.

Use less LEDs.

I wired mine directly into the stock courtesy lights and they are bright so I ordered this dude.

Should get it next week and will give it a try.

I used a similar dude for some under shelf lighting I did. It worked very well. However, for that project I was only using white strips. You'd need something else for RGB.
