I decided against the 25 ft Yamaha as it is even heavier than the 24. In the end I opted for a new 195S that fits in my garage and therefore saves winter and summer storage costs, allows me to buy gas for less than on the water, and is around 3600 pounds loaded with gas on a trailer.
