Lots of helpful threads on here about the exact dimensions of the AR190 on the trailer. From what I’ve gathered 8.5’ fender to fender wide, 22’ long with the hitch tongue folded, and 7’2” tall with the tower folded (but can be folded more by releasing the support cables).

I have one more question though...can someone measure the keel height on the trailer? My dilemma is that I need it to fit within a spot limited by a curb that is about 1 foot too short in length. However, if the keel of the boat is tall enough from the ground that I can overhang the back of the boat over the curb, that should be enough to buy 1-2’ in length for a perfect fit.

Thanks in advance!

22' on trailer with it folded is incorrect. My '17 AR190 was 19'2" on the trailer with tongue folded.

I'll measure the keel when I get home. It should go over a standard curb easily though. They had mine stored that way when we went to look at it initially.

Ooo, interesting. That helps; ideally I’d like to keep it trailered with me and use different lakes, so making sure the landlord stays happy is a must ;).

If you thought the length was 22' and then @2kwik4u has informed you the correct on trailer length (gaining almost 3 ft) I would think you are golden! :winkingthumbsup" Good luck! I'd do the mearsurement for you but I don't have an AK...I can give you the height above the Vipers is approx. 11 inches.

As mentioned the trailer length is 19'2" on mine with the tongue folded.

However here is the dimension you requested for rudder height. This is with the trailer jack in the lowest position which would put the rudder at the highest position on the trailer. It's right at 16". Should fit fine over a curb.

I wouldnt store a boat with the bow lower than the stern because any rain water making its way in will collect forward causing mold and grime.

Not sure of the height of curb in your area but ours are generally about 6" or so. Even if you jacked the trailer up high I think it would still clean. Worst case get some 2x4's and drive up on them to get more clearance but I think you'll be fine. Yes if storing outside have the boat jacked up so water can flow back to the scupper and also open up all of the compartment drains including transom plugs. Mine stays indoors so it's always at the lowest setting so I can clean the garage header.

Awesome, thanks so much; that’ll work perfectly!

Just went out and measured mine. With the trailer level the bottom of the rudder is 11-3/4" off the ground. Again, should clear a standard curb just fine.

Construction Foreman neighbor is cutting his grass, I'll ask what a standard curb size is when he climbs off the mower. Probably going to cost me a beer, but I'll make the sacrifice for you guys :D :D

Spent about 6hrs onthe water with them yesterday. Totally forgot to ask about the curb. We took care of those beers though.

I'll try again this afternoon. :)

Is 7'2" tall with tower folded correct? Yamaha site says 83.5". I'm close.

Oh cool, that's something I'll keep in mind. It'll be close. I already told the dealer I'd want the boat driven to my house just to make sure it fits in before I buy, and he said fine.
Mine wouldn't even get close without doing the haknslash tower mod. Even with the mod and the tower sitting on the steering wheel I only clear by about 1-1/2" or so.
