It’s such an awesome boat, but we’ve decided that owning a boat is not for us. We don’t live close to water, so it’s a big ordeal just to get out and use it and, as you can see by the hours, we haven’t been able to do that much.

Understood. The cost of a boat justifies it being a big priority. It’s a great boat. You’re selling at the right time and should get a good deal. Don’t let $ 1-2k get in the way of the sale. That very little % of total. Sounds like you keep perspective in focus.
