Back to the basics Roast Chicken

Sometimes it is just fun to go back to the basics. So last night on my MAK 2 Star I made a chicken with Maple Soy glaze with a sherry liquid poured on top the chicken just before cooking. It was served with roasted potatoes and maple glazed carrots.
