Picking up a 2014 AR240 tomorrow that has a big rip in the Bimini top. Where is the best place price wise to find a replacement? Would prefer OEM but if there is a quality aftermarket one I'd go that route too. Right now thinking of taking the stock one to an upholstery place to get them to make me a new one, just not sure if I'd come out cheaper by just buying another OEM one. Any thoughts?

My bimini is starting to fray along the edges and thought the same thing. I have a Mother in law, that is a seamstress extrodinaire, and owns like 4 machines/surgers. I think she could do this.

That being said, a large piece of Sunbrella branded material is going to be spendy. So I don't think you will save much, but get it in the color you want. I may go from gray to black. Mine is still usable, so it will make a great pattern. Take it in, and ask if it is worth patching, they may hard sell you on making a new one and throw you an estimate.

Good luck and report back what you found.

OK, quick Amazon search.

Sunbrella branded 60" wide fabric is $25/yard. Do the quick math on that one minus the labor and thread.
Waterproof 600 denier canvas is $11/yard

Found the OEM for $399 at Partzilla. Guess I’ll call a few local shops and see if they can build me one cheaper.

@MacAR210 - what did you end up doing? replace with factory version or custom. Looking to either fix or replace ours. Thanks.
