We have a 2021 SX190. We’re not sure it will help anyone, but we will share our bow cushion solution build instructions. The total price was under $160. It is comparably cheap, easy to fabricate, and uses quality materials. Total touch time is less than 30 mins to finish as shown. The cutting board supplier delivered in about 6 days. Amazon delivered in 2 days.

Platform fabrication instructions:
We measured our bow and bought a custom 3/4” white poly board with beveled edges. It was a great match for the lip depth. We used a small jig saw to round off the front corners to match the boat mold in the front and and sanded with a palm sander. The poly board cuts & sands exactly like wood. We ended up cutting it in half. Why? The platform was too heavy for my girls to move easily nearly impossible to stow flexibly as a one piece. Now it’s very easy to stow. The total modification time was about 10 mins using power tools. I’ll likely cut a couple 3” holes on the ends for ergonomic carrying and integrate its ability to stow with the table under the helm. The OEM hinged bow cushions overlap the platform edges, securing it down nicely.

Its was about $104 shipped.
3/4” white poly board. Dimensions were 26” length, 26.5” Wide for the 2021 SX190, measure yours to confirm. I included an example screenshot of the website input of our dimensions.

Finding easy to stow and clean, nicely colored cushions with reasonable padding thickness and density was a challenge. We found acceptable cushions for $25 each.

Cushions:
Amazon.com: MBQMBSS Kneeling Pads for Gardening 24" x 13.5" Kneeling Pads Waterproof Bath Kneeling Pad Portable Foam Kneeling Pad Indoor & Outdoor Kneeling Pads Prayer Extra Large (Gray): Garden & Outdoor
The cushions fit great. They are not quite as thick as the oem cushions, but we found them acceptably comfortable and the appearance was very nice. The cushions were so nice I ordered 2 more for whatever later. The girls used them this weekend for pillows on the bow while sunbathing.

Awesome! I’ve been noodling one how to do this for my SX240. I see for the SX190 that filler area is more “squared”. For the SX240 it has a much more rounded or hour glass shape. If anyone can think of a cushion that would fit this shape. I would do the same as you. BFD05EF9-B2EC-4AA6-B2C1-9111755BE635.jpeg

I like this approach. One of the things my wife mentioned about the stock one is where do we put it when it's not wanted. This approach let's you store these under the seat when not used.
