Bunk Glides

When I was in high school, the baseball coaches used dried silicone spray on wrestling mats so the players could practice sliding into second base in the gym during the winter.

It was a blast and, if anything, too slippery: sometimes a guy would get unlucky and slide right off the mat at speed followed by "squeak" sound from his skin burning on the varnished wood gym floor. Of courses, this was incredibly funny to everyone except the guy that did it.:D

Anyway, agree that silicone spray works great on carpeted bunks.
 
I recall when I armoralled my kitchen floor. Made it very shiny but you couldnt stop in front of the fridge, you would overshoot and slide instead. Cam.
 
Good to hear! I am going to try this on my lift bunks that have the Polymer Bunks.
