Cover Snap Button Replacement

Our 2020 AR240's snap on cover lost many snap buttons on the canvas last season. Is it possible to put new snap buttons back where the old ones fell out? If so what size button is required and where can I get them? Any special tool required? Thanks in advanced for any help.

If they fell out, you need to check the backside of the fabric, which either was folded over to create a double thickness, or you'll need a bias backing material, and a snap install tool.

I would think that something from 2020 would still be under warrantee. A canvas shop can repair easily. We use this tool. Sailrite - Fabric, Canvas, and Sewing Machines Since 1969

They are standardized, however different manufacturors products may not fit properly together.

We currently use DOT snaps. Size 1 using chart above is commonly used size.
