How to repair AR230 HO with Engine light flashing 18, “Incorrect throttle position sensor signal”?
Anyone know hat the fix is?

On my 2008 with the same emgine 18 is the TPS. Some guys have reported that they were able to adjust it. I don't recall being able to do that and replaced it. I was able to drill 2 holes in the air cleaner box and remove the screws that held it. This saved alot of work getting to it from above.

I’ve been unable to find the exact part number in stock or discontinued on Partzilla and Megazip.
It calls for 60E-85885-00-00. I can find 60E-85885-10-00 on eBay and Amazon. Possible replacement?

I can't say for certain. It appears to be the same. I would suspect it is an updated part number.

Maybe my only choice. But replace both with that part number and see what happens.
Thanks for the help!
