This is my first boat that is in such great condition. Previous boats I didn't care much if they rubbed the dock a little. Where, how many, and what kind of fenders do you guys use to protect from dock rash? This is for an 08 AR230.

We use Taylor Made, probably got a couple from West Marine. Dont remember size, but here is a pic. We use four, you can only see 3 in pic. the forth is tied to the dock cleat at the stern of the boat, which also acts as a marker so I have reference as to which slip is mine, slips are not numbered, when no other boats are around as I come in, not pictured. The middle one is usually tied to the cleat with the spring lines and not the tower.

It's going to depend on the dock height. The super cheap ones get sticky and nasty faster, but it still takes years.

What kind of pole mount did you use there for the top of your tower?

You are the man, thank you! I'm looking for a good combination to fly a larger style flat. I'm using rod holders and rod/flag poles for my current setup. I like yours better because it goes straight up and doesn't come down into the cabin like the rod holders do (attached on the tower).
