First run of the season?!

Finally got out yesterday. Water temp 47, air was 55 for total score of 102. Lake Erie was nice and calm and chilly. But still cruised for about 2 1/2 hours. Will send pictures later as I am heading out again shortly. 1st time out with the new boat and what a difference from the 210 I had. So glad I traded up.

Made it out. 2 days later than last year. They just stocked the river with bass and there were boats than usual (zero). Flat water and ran great.

Had a beautiful weekend of boating. Sorry. Only pic I had on the water. Wife took it from the shore. It was too cold for her and my daughter to come out so just my son and I went out. This pic was taken n the Saturday. Sunday was even nicer. Water temp was 52f and air 62f. Both water and air was a little warmer. I was still in Lake Erie but at a different location. Wish I had taken a pic on Sunday as the water was just like glass.

@MazzyDan I gladly pass the imaginary trophy to you. Great job on the low score. Maybe later in the season we will have to redo the competition with the opposite goal. High temp + water temp = high score wins!

Haaa I already have a sunburn, does that count?

Grrrrrr! I'm so envious of you guys! I haven't even taken the shrink wrap off my boat yet. Note to self. Must move to warmer climate.

Alrighty then. Bring on the warmer weather. :)

@MazzyDan The ice is gone. It was a beautiful weekend with a few boats out on Simcoe. Unfortunately mine was not one of them. Hoping to bring mine home this weekend to start a few projects.
