Take up your carpets and stow them in the port closet.. rolled up. If not your carpet will sour while covered. The mooring covers are not 100% waterproof.
Good tip! I don't pull all of my carpets but I do pull the front carpet back. I just unsnap it and drag it back passed the helm.

Yeah..everybody remembers the stinky carpet mystery... I suffered for half a season then figures out the mooring covers let in moisture and then the heat goes to work..skunky rug man!.. not a problem since I started rolling them up and storing them..
