Florida keys

Totally agree. Unless you have one of the big boys with triple/quad outboards, nobody will give you a second or a third look.

5 and 6 outboards now, but if you pay 1.5million for a center console it should go fast.

Thinking of going to florida keys around next Thanksgiving. I am wanting to take my ar 230 i am looking for info on places to stay where i can launch close to or keep the boat at dock during our stay .Thanks for any info.
I will be heading to a small resort (Coral Bay Resort - Islamorada Florida Keys - Resort Lodging Hotel) on Islamorada the end of this month for a weekend getaway...Says it has its own ramp and slips so will see if i can get the boat in there, if not there is a ramp about 2 miles away...Will let you all know how it goes...

La Jolla resort. Cheap clean. And that is the dock there that the boat is tied up at. Built in 1950s and still old but I’m on the boat most of the week.

We will be heading down there on the 28th..Staying at the Coral Bay Resort from 28-31 March!!!

I stay in Key west in a VRBO apartment and was awesome with pool and your own boat slip. Pelican Landing. Great place!.
Then you can leave your trailer at the Marina parking, free cost and is a Boat ramp as well walking distance from the apartment. Apartments are 2 rooms , full kitchen and living room with a view at the boat slip and the best part looking at your boat!!!!

And that was how much per night ?

Do you have a link to the VRBO?

You can download the app or google on the computer. It comes right up.
I meant the link to the specific property Augusto was referring to.

I looked it up on the website and it doesn't look too bad for the cost ($300 per night)...especially if you can dock your boat there! I did not see where is showed the docking was an option so I figured you need to request that before booking correct? The apartments/condos look nice and if you were with another couple to offset the cost it is well worth it! Being retired Navy, I have tried to get into the base lodging but it is always full.
