Help!!! 1997 searayder 175 no crank

Hello all. New to the jet boats. The boat was cranking fine with trouble starting g like they do. So I got wired the electric pump. And now it won't rank at all. I ran a separate wire for it to a push button. I am stumped. Checked neutral switch and key switch and start switch all test right. Anyone have any where for me to go from hear. Thanks.

Welcome @dfan01 Sorry, but I'm not at all fimiliar with your model boat. Is there a fuse box at all or breakers on your boat? I'm guessing here, but maybe something tripped. Hope you find it soon and are up and running.

Just not enough info for anyone to hazard a guess, I would go back to what you wired and start looking for what you could have done to make it worse, also first culprit on those is the ground wires so do a hot ground and see if things start to work, simply take a jumper cable to the power head and to the negative side of the battery and see if things start working , this would indicate ground wire issues.

I explained it, jumper from the negative side of the battery to the engine block.
