Help with hitch height, 2019 F-150, thanks in advance!!

I just bought a new 2019 Ford F-150 with 18" wheels (NON-FX4) and I forgot to measure to the top of the hitch receiver of a similar model (mine will take a few days to come in) and the dealer is a ways from me. Does anyone have a similar model with the 18" wheels and no FX4 off-road pkg that could possibly share the hitch height as measured to the top of the tube?? I thank you in advance!!

I have a 2017 with FX4 and 18" wheels but I think FX4 in 2017 was mostly a sticker and an engine guard plate underneath. I don't believe there are any suspension differences. I'm not sure about 2019 though. I'll post my measurement when I leave work any way, maybe it will be helpful.

Sorry for the darkness but it’s about 20.5” to the top of the receiver. I’ve had this hitch for two trucks now and didn’t realize how bad it looked.

We actually don't get much salt on the roads here compared to the real "Rust Belt" up north. A rusty car in this area is very uncommon in comparison. Even though I boat in brackish water, that part of the trailer never gets dipped in at the ramp so I'm not sure why it's so rusty. It's a Reese ball too so not some knockoff...
