I have the same engine on my 20' Glastron, and pulled the 4-person tube from Costco. I probably had to go a bit higher in RPMs, but it was plenty to get the tube moving. I don't believe you would need the extra 250 HP to get the tube moving, and the (slightly) smaller Scarab should be even better.

Besides, who really wants to tube at 60 MPH? ;)
