Not sure if this is possible, but can you create a sub-forum for emergencies. When a new post is made, it would automatically send out a notification to all of the members email? 99% of us have email on our phone and that would cut the response time down quite a bit. Can someone write a script to do that?

Ronnie and his Drone! All the bored duck hunters will be running to grab the over-under...I like the idea though. Depending on the issue even a quick cell call member to stranded member could help. Cam.
