My wife and I have been looking for property to build a home and a shop/warehouse for our business for a while (almost 2 years). We haven't been able to find anything in the area we want to be in. My wife found a home slightly outside our area that met our needs that has a large shop (40x80) with 40x20 paved and covered area attached, that's perfect for our business. As a bonus it has a second building that is more than perfect for boat storage. Since it's outside our desired area, I made a stupid low offer and asked the seller for a ridiculous list of demands. I questioned it after I did it, hoping that I didn't offend them. But they accepted. I'm pretty excited. Check out this garage for the boat, it's 20'x100' with a 12' door. And it has slat wall down the full length of both sides.

Thanks. The other one is crazy too. It's got a full kitchen with seating for 10 at the bar, a built in entertainment center (and they're leaving the tv and surround sound), a Golden Tee arcade game, and a 14k pound 4 post car lift.

With a homestead exemption it will run about $1100-1300.
