How to clean the grasses out of the water

Yes, sir! Here in SW Florida, they use similar machines in our drainage canals that lead out to the Gulf and Everglades. They even have giant mower arms to mow the hillsides but those machines have tires and run on the bottom of the canals.
 
Ahh, that machine is for rookies. You should see the weed eating animal using my personal landing today!! The state approved weed company is clearing virgin shoreline for my neighbor this week. And it eats cattails like a freak!

This thing has a sickle upfront, with hydraulics, but also a conveyor to keep pulling clumps till full, then motors over to a shoreline where it can offload on a trailer with another conveyor. It's amazing what they can do. To the legal limit of course (smile)

That's the same machine marinas use in our area to clear out the marina and surrounding areas...pretty common around here.
