Issues with hi roaster tail

Watch this one it shows before and after keep in mind that he is running close to 2800lb of ballast

How does it help with a surf wave? I’m not into wake surfing so I’m not sure what to look for. Thought you’d want a big wave close to the boat.

Thanks for posting the link to the video a pic or 30fps is worth more than a thousand words, especially here. If I 2as into wake surfing I would have a flap.
