JetBoaters.net Bimini Fling June 19 to 25 2016

I would save mine for the one year and hopefully we plan next year's in that time frame.

Still praying and refreshing...lol

In case I missed anyone. I started a conversation about a plan B....no holds barred...no committment....on saying if bimini falls thru some of us are heading towards siesta key, florida. Some of the group may head another way and thats cool whatever works for each.

I called marina at siesta key and they have dry storage $18 per foot for week...they may have slips if you want. It may be a scrounge for a place to stay but I am checking with usual place we stay, minutes from marina and minutes want to white Sandy beaches.

I will inform when I find out availability.

Let me know if you want in the conversation....

Praying on bimini tho.....common @Bruce ...change the waves!! Lol

This is Monday's forecast

That would be fun for about 15 minutes and no gear in the boat. I can't even imagine 3-4 hours of that crap!!!

Where is the conversation for Plan B at? I'm interested.

Who is this??????

We need that lost, top secret Yamaha footage of the sx230 jumping waves.

I feel sorry for the poor ladies in the bow of this one! Can you say CHIROPRACTOR!!!!!

If people are rescheduling what dates are you looking at? We can't do anything until after the first of the year. I would like to plan something like March, April, May. Not hurricane season!

Also has anyone else cancelled anything yet?

Can you make a Sunday crossing? Anything Monday or later is certainly out but if the forecast holds or improves @MrMoose, @chris24 and I will likely decide to go for a Sunday crossing tomorrow. The window is short. Everyone will have to be ready on time and keep up but if that happens and the forecast holds we can cross safely. The waves pick up Sunday afternoon. Anyone who is not in port by then will be in very serious trouble.

What about the return trip tho?

We are good to leave Sunday early we planned to arrive in ft lauderdale Saturday night. Are you guys worried about the rain while we are there?

I will post all the weather info I have tomorrow. There certainly will be rain and big water sometimes in Bimini but there are reasonable days as well. The weather is not optimal and the return is likely to be ass kickingly rough.
