I hear docking in Bimini is really hard. You should get this for the safety of your crew alone. I bet it also shoots a pretty side stream in clear water.

I just ordered the Lateral Thruster/Thrust Vectors combo last week. Too late for the deal? Installed last night. Will be testing it out tomorrow.

Are the lateral thrusters better than the ultimate cobra system since they aren't compatible? I already have the thust vectors, but was looking for more control while at higher speeds to help with towing and when it's windy out which is always in the PNW.

Lateral thrusters won’t help w high speeds. They’re only for shifting the rear of the boat side to side in reverse.

For control at speed, the Cobra products can stay in the water at all speeds, where the thrust Vectors lift out of the water at speed.

I think the product for the 19’ is the called the Cobra Viper, but not really positive about that.

I know I was just wondering if the high speed handling out weighs the upgraded reverse steering. Sorry I wasn't very clear about that. My wife would prob say I need the reverse as it almost seems useless if there's any wind near the docks.
