Kinked hose 2021 195s

Can anyone tell me what hose goes here, it is or appears about 50% kinked where its sort of bent. I did not notice anything abnormal on the water. Also seems like the hose is a little bit short. any ideas? thanks. I was looking for the intake hose to crimp for towing (which I could not find) and found this.. thanks
