We are staying up in Fremont the evening of Saturday 9/2 and figured I'd post to see if any other members will be on the Winnebago chain over the long holiday weekend.

Our current plan is to mosey on up to Fremont on Saturday morning and hang out at the sandbar (The Wall??) on Lake Partridge. We got a hotel room at the Cobblestone Inn (Hotel Fremont is sold out) and rented a nice wide slip with power in between Hotel Fremont and the Bridge Bar. The slips are owned/maintained by Anchor Point Marina and I was turned on to the them by @drewkaree. We spent an evening in Fremont last year and it was an absolute blast - that town is off the hook.

On Sunday we will head back down the river at some point and maybe pick up some friends and hit a sandbar on either Butte Des Morts or maybe down to Streich's on Winnebago.

If Saturday and Sunday are really good we may call it quits and relax at home on Monday but it all depends on the conditions.

It would be great to meet up with some other local members so post up your plans if you are going to be on the Winnebago chain.

We will be up, not quite sure what the plans are for the weekend, but right now it sounds like we may be there. Depends on the in-laws and the wind, but if it's windy by me, Partridge is definitely where they'll head to.

Sounds like at least dinner is in the cards, or maybe The Buss Stop?

Absolutely - dinner and/or the Buss Stop sounds great. :)
