Can you tell I'm cleaning out the garage..lol. I installed it years ago on my '16 212x, but just didn't like it, so I used it one season and removed it. 1/4 - 20 thread bolts lined up w/no drilling needed. Make an offer..

Here's my install thread: Height adjustable pedestal seats (fresh thread, specifically)

Thanks!

Would love to learn of your experience with this. I know you just didn't like it, but am curious for more specifics so that perhaps I don't make the same mistake with replacing my pedestal and not being happy with the results ?

Sure thing, I understand. The centering cutout was off, so while the seat would lock into place, it wasn’t aligned properly with the helm. You could unlock it and tighten the set screw handle to keep it from swiveling, but even though it was bolted down securely, I just didn’t like how loose it felt being a two-piece setup instead of a solid, factory-style pedestal. From what I remember. The height adjustment wasn't enough of a trade off to keep it. I just use a bolster and cushion now. Hope that helps..
